Mar Joseph Srampickal in his authority as the Eparchial Bishop and the Judge of the first grade of trial (CCEO can. 1066 § 1), and based on the special provision given in motu proprio of the Supreme Pontiff Pope Francis Mitis et Misericors Iesus (Can 1359 § 4), has constituted Eparchial Tribunal for Marriage Process in the Syro Malabar Eparchy of Great Britain. This Tribunal will be competent to judge all cases related to the nullity of marriage of Syro Malabar faithful residing within the jurisdiction of Syro Malabar Eparchy of Great Britain.
